Jack and Jill shake is an Indo-western drink that is made out of Jack fruit and is made Jill(tamil) using the refrigerator. :) Okay okay no more udans lets go on to make it :) Ingredients:
Pitted Jack fruit pieces (Solai) - 5
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Honey - 2 tsp
Method:
Chop jack fruit into small pieces and blend it along with milk and sugar. Freeze it in a glass and serve it topping with a tsp of honey. Jack shake is done :P
