A for Carrot Soup :)

A rich creamy carrot soup is filthy rich in vitamin A. :)
Every Tom, Dick and Harry's mom would have told them that carrots are good for eye sight.
But you know what?! its even more, carrots have anti-carcinogen properties that prevent cancer!!!
There is one more surprising and interesting fact about carrots. Carrots possess anti-oxidants that can keep you young forever.. :)
So lets say "A for Carrot" :)
Carrots - 3
Onion - 1
Garlic - 3 pods
Tomato - 1
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 5
Butter - 1 tsp
Garam masala - for taste
Pepper - for taste
Salt - for taste
Take a spoon of butter in the pan and fry chopped garlic and onions till you complete counting 60. Then put in the diced carrots and tomato to it and add adequate water for it to get cooked well. It might take ten min to get cooked. Once it is done, let it cool down for some time.
Now on the other side grind the cashews in the mixie pouring some milk to it. Once the vegetables cool down, blend it well using adequate water.
Finally take the ground contents in a vessel and add the cashew paste, milk, salt and garam masala to it and heat it for a while. Cream of carrot soup is ready to serve.
Serve it hot by adding pepper as required. :) Healthy cooking and happy eating :)
This quantity would suffice 4 servings.
