Even my Zoo zoo is too surprised with the dish :)
Ingredients:
Dosa Batter(without adding salt) - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 1 tblsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup(varies according to taste)
Nutties chocolate or munch popers(any small round shaped chocolate) - 15

Method:
Take the dosa batter in a bowl and add cocoa powder and sugar to it and beat well.
Now heat the kuli-paniyaaram skillet and pour few spoons of oil in the holes. When the skillet is hot enough, pour in the batter to fill in just 3/4th of each hole. Just after you fill all the holes, drop the chocolates one in each hole and push them inside with a spoon. The batter will automatically cover on top. Now roast the balls in low flame and with a plate covered on top for two mins. Turn over the balls carefully and roast the other side too. Once done remove from flame and serve hot. :)
The cocolate flavor and the cocolate in the middle will be a great surprise to anyone you serve and I am sure kids would love it. :) Won't you?????
You can replace the cocolates with cashew, almond and so on.. Make it as exciting as possible :)
Happy making and happy eating :) :)

ReplyDeleteSo you started cooking expert recipes "badiya hain".
Saw your blog after a long time, I mean after a year( 2009 gone boss, its 2010).
decorations and photographs; I never have to mention since this is a blog from Nits who runs arts and crafts too, so they will be super.
So all I have to mention is about the taste. I think in every article you can mention your mothers reaction if she is the tester of your recipes. "tester here means taste er". That will be something like a testimonial to your blog. kidding boss!!
The small figure in white appeared like vodaphone's dog replaced "dholu" character.
I changed the home and shifted to a big one, so arranging things and kitchen is going on. I hope I will be able to complete that by this week and then will start cooking. Until then I can bookmark the recipes from cooking gurus.
:)
